Kindergarten Transportation and Backpack Tag Generator

By submitting this form I agree that I have selected both the correct bus symbol and bus stop that my kindergarten student will use to ride home from school. I understand that I can find bus stop information and assigned symbol in the online maps at bus.alpinedistrict.org. Once the generated kindergarten backpack tag is placed on my student's backpack it may be used by school district personnel to place my student on the bus with the corresponding symbol.

In addition, all kindergarten students should be received by a responsible individual at the bus stop when being dropped off. If no responsible individual is at the stop, then the kindergarten student may be returned to the school. However, a kindergarten student may be allowed to walk home alone if a signed and dated note from their guardian has given them permission to do so. The student may also go home with an older sibling without a note.
