Technology Purchase Request
This form is to designed to help think through necessary components that will help technology work effectively, be supported, and improve the learning tools for teachers and students. Once plans are finalized through this form, we will send the school principal a reference number to be included in the notes section of the RTB in Alio. This will speed up the process for the purchasing department.
This form should be used for any technology that connects to the network, but is not needed for non-networked purchases (i.e Doc cameras, USB printers, monitors, etc).
We are happy to consult with a school before filling out the form. Contact Adam Dajany for information on devices or support, Matt Johnson for network needs, and Blaine Edman, Darren Draper, or Cody Spendlove for help in matching apps and professional learning opportunities to learning goals.
